Check what’s due now and at the property
Share the booking link or reference, property name, dates, guest count, total and currency. Send the payment schedule shown for your rate. It may include a prepayment, a card guarantee, a deposit or a balance due at check-in. Include any local taxes or fees the booking lists separately.
Tell us if the property requires the cardholder to be the guest or to present the card on arrival. If the property plans to place a temporary hold, share its amount and timing. The manager checks which charge can be covered and confirms the total in USDT for that payment.
Review the confirmed reservation
Once the agreed payment is made, check the booking confirmation and keep it handy for check-in. Look for the amount marked as paid and any balance or deposit still due at the property. Arrange a payment method the property accepts for charges due on arrival.
Hotel payment questions
The booking asks for a card guarantee. Can you help?
Send the guarantee terms and any scheduled charges. The manager checks which part of the booking we can handle and what the property will need from the guest.
Can I prepay the room and settle the deposit at check-in?
Send the property’s payment schedule. We’ll quote the prepayment if the route is available. Check the accepted deposit methods directly with the property.
What if I cancel a prepaid stay?
Check the cancellation deadline and refund terms for your rate. Send the seller’s cancellation or refund confirmation to your manager to review how the funds will be returned.
