Send the invoice and the payment instructions
Include the invoice number, supplier name and country, amount, currency and due date. Share the available payment methods or the seller’s payment link. If the recipient requires a particular payer name or a payment reference, include that requirement with your request. Ask the supplier whether they accept payment from a third party.
The manager checks the beneficiary and how the invoice must be paid. Review the amount going to the supplier, the total cost in USDT and the expected timing before sending funds. If the supplier expects an exact amount after bank fees, mention that when requesting the quote.
Match the payment to your invoice
After the agreed payment, we share its result and the available reference. Use the invoice number and reference to ask the supplier to match the payment to your bill. For time-sensitive invoices, confirm the due date and ask when the supplier expects to record the credit.
Invoice payment questions
Can you check a PayPal invoice?
Send the invoice link, currency, recipient and due date. The manager checks the options for that invoice and confirms whether a payment is available.
Can you pay an invoice for freelance work?
Send the contractor’s invoice and their accepted payment methods. We check the payer and recipient details for that specific bill.
What if the supplier sends a corrected invoice?
Share the replacement before you pay AmigoPay. An updated beneficiary, amount or reference needs a fresh check.
