Check the route with your client’s details
Tell us the payer’s country, the amount and currency, their preferred payment method and what the payment is for. For an invoice, include its number and any reference the payer should use. For an estimate, open the homepage calculator and select Send money internationally, then Fiat → USDT.
Before sharing payment instructions with your client, agree on how much they’ll pay, the fees, the amount you’ll receive in USDT and the expected timing. The manager also confirms the network for the payout and the wallet address details you’ll need to provide.
Follow the payment through to your wallet
Ask your client to use the agreed amount and reference. The manager checks that the payment has arrived and can be matched to your request. We share the payout result in chat so you can check the incoming USDT in your wallet.

Share the receiving address for the network agreed with your manager. Check the address and network in the app where you’ll receive the USDT.

Ask the manager to confirm the details for each payment. Include any changes in amount, payer or currency.
